As we enter our 9th season of farming and our 4th season operating under USDA inspection, Steadfast Farms is expanding our team across several departments.

We are proud to be Connecticut’s only USDA-inspected poultry slaughter and processing facility, and we’re continuing to build a resilient, ethical, and community-rooted food system through vertical integration and direct-to-consumer work.

We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

Open Positions

  • Farm Hand / Food Processing Team Member (12–25 openings)

  • Farmers Market Sales Specialist (part-time, multiple openings)

  • Facility Manager – USDA-Inspected Poultry Processing Facility (1 opening)

  • Founding Chef & Culinary Lead – Steadfast HARVEST
    (launching our USDA-inspected mobile food and prepared foods program)

These roles span hands-on production, sales, leadership, and culinary work. Whether someone is early in their career or bringing deep experience, every role plays a critical part in the whole operation.
