There is a great opportunity for anyone in the region who is looking to plant silvopasture soon. Contour Lines USA is promoting plantings silvopasture on contour. They have a grant out currently that will pay for trees, consultation, and design. They plan on heading out to the New England area for site visits this fall. Thomas from @ContourLines was out in this region at the end of August doing farm visits. I don’t know if he will be back up this way at all. Best bet is to reach out though the google form on their website.
Also, for anyone interested we did work with Contour Lines USA and put in about 1500 linear feet of swales this fall, and will be planting in trees in the spring.

Nope. We accept applications on a rolling basis, but we only get trees in late winter/early spring.
Luckily the current application is very short and easy to fill out.
